Remodelers Breakfast at Mentor Lumber

Join us for a great morning of networking, breakfast, and industry insight at the Remodelers Breakfast hosted by Mentor Lumber in partnership with the BIANEO Remodelers Council.
We’re proud to feature a dynamic lineup of industry experts, beginning with Ric Johnson of NAHB—best known for his “Codes Corner” feature in our newsletter. A nationally recognized codes expert, Ric will share practical insights on interpreting the Residential Code of Ohio and how it applies to real-world renovation work.
Also joining us are Pete McDowell and Peg Buehrle, who will present Improving People and Business: The Levels of Leadership. In this session, participants will explore the five levels of leadership and gain practical strategies to build employee buy-in, grow as leaders, and develop others—while learning how to inspire teams, strengthen culture, and drive lasting results.

BIANEO Summer Golf Outing

The BIANEO Summer Golf Outing marks one of the association’s most anticipated member events of the year, bringing together builders, remodelers, associates, and industry partners for a day of connection, camaraderie, and friendly competition on the course.
Held at Barrington Country Club, this outing continues the tradition of uniting members from across Northeast Ohio following the formation of BIANEO—blending the strong legacies of our former associations while creating new opportunities to build relationships and strengthen our industry.
From networking on the greens to engaging with sponsors and peers throughout the day, the Summer Golf Outing offers a relaxed and enjoyable setting to connect outside the jobsite—celebrating the people and partnerships that drive our industry forward.
